Acting pursuant to the Whistleblower Protection Act of 14 June 2024 (Journal of Laws, item 928), we provide the channels for reporting breaches of law
(so-called internal reports)

Reports of breaches can be submitted through the following contact channels:

a) via a dedicated email inbox:

b) by post, to the following address:

with the annotation: “Whistleblower Report”

An Internal Reporting Procedure is in place at our company. It is available at the company headquarters:
BART Sp. z o.o., Sulnowo 53g, 86-100 Świecie, at the HR Department.

⚠️ IMPORTANT! A report should include at minimum:

  1. The whistleblower’s full name and contact details (postal address, email address, phone number),
  2. A clear description of the identified breach,
  3. A comprehensive justification of the identified breach,
  4. If possible – the date and time the breach occurred,
  5. Witness details (if available),
  6. List of evidence (if available).

Anonymous reports will not be considered.

Please note that reports of breaches of law must concern one of the following areas:

  1. Corruption;
  2. Public procurement;
  3. Financial services, products, and markets;
  4. Anti-money laundering and terrorist financing;
  5. Product safety and compliance;
  6. Transport safety;
  7. Environmental protection;
  8. Radiation protection and nuclear safety;
  9. Food and feed safety;
  10. Animal health and welfare;
  11. Public health;
  12. Consumer protection;
  13. Protection of privacy and personal data;
  14. Security of networks and information systems;
  15. Financial interests of the State Treasury, local government units, and the European Union;
  16. The EU internal market, including competition and state aid rules, and corporate taxation;
  17. Constitutional freedoms and human and civil rights – in relations between individuals and public authorities, unrelated to the areas listed in points 1–16.

⚠️ NOTICE!

Any person who knowingly submits a report or publicly discloses information despite knowing that no breach of law has occurred, is subject to a fine, restriction of liberty, or imprisonment of up to 2 years (Article 57 of the Whistleblower Protection Act of 14 June 2024, Journal of Laws, item 928).
