The legal basis for processing your data is the necessity for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by BART, consisting of: enabling you to use our website, including its proper display, enabling you to contact us and receive responses via the Contact Form, sending you commercial information. We always strive to maintain a balance between our legitimate interest and your privacy and do not disproportionately affect your fundamental rights and freedoms (Art. 6(1)(f) of the GDPR). |

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority responsible for data protection. In Poland, this authority is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office. |
