Basic information regarding the processing of personal data
Data Controller	The data controller is BART Sp. z o.o. with its registered office at Sulnowo 53G, 86–100 Świecie (hereinafter referred to as “BART”).

Purposes of processing and legal basis for processing	Your data will be processed: in connection with your use of the Data Controller’s website, for the purpose of preparing and providing responses to your inquiries and archiving them (in case you use the Contact Form), for sending commercial information, including direct marketing (if consent is given). The legal basis for processing your data is the necessity for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by BART, consisting of: enabling you to use our website, including its proper display, enabling you to contact us and receive responses via the Contact Form, sending you commercial information. We always strive to maintain a balance between our legitimate interest and your privacy and do not disproportionately affect your fundamental rights and freedoms (Art. 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).
The period for which the data will be stored	BART, as the Data Controller, will store your personal data until an effective objection to their processing is raised.
Recipients of the data	In certain situations, the recipients of your personal data will be: authorized employees of BART who need access to the data to perform their duties; entities to whom we outsource data processing activities, if necessary in connection with the provision of technical, IT, legal, or archiving support services; entities authorized under the law (e.g., courts, prosecutors, supervisory authorities), in the event of a justified request addressed to BART.
Source of data	We collect personal data directly from you.
Transfer of data outside the EEA	BART will not transfer your personal data to recipients located in countries outside the European Economic Area or to international organizations.
Rights of the data subject	You have the right to access your data as well as the right to request their rectification, deletion, or restriction of processing. Where the legal basis for processing your personal data is the legitimate interest of the Data Controller, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data. Consent to receive commercial information, including direct marketing, is voluntary and can be withdrawn at any time. However, withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out based on consent before its withdrawal. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority responsible for data protection. In Poland, this authority is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
Automated decision-making	BART will not make automated decisions, including profiling for the purposes of automated decision-making, in the course of processing your personal data.
Information about the obligation to provide data and the consequences of not providing it	The consequence of not providing the data may be the inability to use the Contact Form.
